Beta 0.22.0 · macOS 14+

Download Conberate.

Native for Mac and free while in beta. A single app, no installer. Offline-first: it works with no network, and syncs your days when there is one.

01

Open the disk image

Double-click the .dmg and drag Conberate into your Applications folder. That's the whole install.

02

Open it once, the long way

The first launch needs one detour through System Settings — see below. macOS remembers after that.

03

Sign in, then plan the day

An account keeps your days synced and backed up. Then a ten-minute planning ritual and you're working, out of the way in the menu bar.

First launch

macOS will warn you. Here's why, and the three clicks past it.

This beta build is not notarized yet, so the first time you open it macOS says it cannot check the app for malicious software. The warning describes the signing status of the build; it is also why the first launch takes one extra step through System Settings. Once Conberate is notarized, this detour will disappear.

To open it the first time
  1. Double-click Conberate. macOS blocks it — click Done.
  2. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security.
  3. Scroll down to the note about Conberate and click Open Anyway.

Windows

Not on the roadmap. This is how that changes.

Conberate is Mac-only, and one platform done well comes first — that hasn't changed. But whether it stays that way should rest on evidence rather than a guess. If you'd use this on Windows, say so. One click is the whole ask.

A random vote id kept in this browser, plus your email if you gave one. That's the whole record. Privacy
